We at Huntingdale Consultancy have discoverd that no matter what size of company you run you need to know the state of your finances – hence Financial Management. Too many times have we heard – “we are doing OK we are making a profit”, or “I wish I had more time to see how I can improve my business” or “how did we get to this position?” – it is easy to lose control over the basic elements any business requires to be successful, continue to be successful and to grow – cash flow and forecasts. Know where you have been and where you are going!
Bookkeeping is only the start – this keeps the books in order but sometimes you need to look further and get more from the information being generated.
We offer a remote payroll facility enabling you to keep your pay records private and confidential. We will run weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll and will assist you in setting up with the Inland Revenue. If you require a small HR function in keeping track of holidays and sick leave then this can be catered for also. Many small companies or sole traders find it beneficial to pass this rather mundane but essential task to an external source to enable them to free up more time to build the business. We can also provide full accounting and tax support with our associated firm of accountants.
